Exchange Policy – Clothing
We want you to love what you wear! If your outfit doesn’t fit right or you received the wrong item, don’t worry—we’ll help you exchange it.


🔁 When You Can Exchange:
You received the wrong size, color, or item.
The fit isn’t right, and you'd like to exchange for a different size.

 

📩 How to Request an Exchange:
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by

Include the following details:
Your order number
Photos of the item (unworn)
The correct size or product you’d like in exchange
✅ Exchange Rules:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Exchanges are only allowed for size or style changes (not refunds).
  • We will collect ₹199 shipping charges from the customer for sending the exchanged item back to you.
  • If the customer chooses a refund instead of an exchange, a deduction of ₹200 will be applied towards shipping charges. The remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.

❗Important Notes:

No refunds, only exchanges.
We cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition.
